He graduated from Pancasila University Jakarta in engineering and has been a Commissioner of the Company since 2014. Besides being active in the Company, he also contributes to the activities of the Association including being Chairman of the Indonesia National Lines (INL), Member of the Board of Management of the Indonesian Loading and Unloading Company (APBMI), Chairman of the Committee K3I BKI (Indonesian Classification Bureau), and Chairman of the Indonesian P&I Club. His work had an impact on the increasingly recognizable figure of Ir. Bambang Ediyanto by various shipping industry groups in Indonesia. He likes to play golf and other sports activities. The other professional activities that have become his concerns are managing and raising/expanding (pilih salah satu) several other companies engaged in Shipping, Stevedoring and Logistics Services. In the midst of his busy schedule/life (pilih salah satu), he’s still active in various social activities that are both organized by the Company and those carried out personally.
Mohamad Indra Permana

He has worked with various tasks and roles in the group, particularly in making improvements, renewal and restructuring of various companies. In 1993, he started his career as a Head of the Legal Division and provided advice and supervision of various legal issues faced by several companies in one group. In 2013, he was trusted to be the President Director of PT Baruna Bina Utama. In addition, he also serves as a Commissioner and Director in various companies which are engaged in Finance, Shipping, Trade, and Certification. To balance his professional activities, he is active in various social and religious activities. Other than that, he is also engaged in sports activities such as golf, jogging, and cycling
Edy Suhardaya
Director
He is an alumnus of Islamic University of Indonesia, Yogyakarta, master’s in finance, and holds an Accountant degree from Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta and a bachelor’s degree from Sanata Dharma, Yogyakarta. He started his career in the group as Director of Finance in a Shipping Company in September 2009 and previously had extensive experience in accounting and finance that obtained while working as an auditor at Deloitte and Touche Indonesia and several other national companies. His professional career is on the rise and in 2013 he was trusted to be the Director of PT Baruna Bina Utama. In addition, he is also trusted to be the manager of various companies in the fields of Shipping, Stevedoring, and Logistics Services
